LR Price Publications will be hosting their annual event to showcase some of their best authors and their latest books.

20TH AUGUST 2022 - THE BRITISH LIBRARY - 18:00 - 22:00

LR Price Publications is a leading independent publishing house based in Bloomsbury, London.

After two-year hiatus, the annual book launch is taking place once again; this time at The British Library, London.

Come meet the authors and hear about their latest books.

Special guest authors include: GP Taylor, Frank Hurst, Michael Drapan, and Cheryl Diane Parkinson.

Other authors to be announced shortly.

Event will include a champagne reception for all guests, and drinks will be available throughout.

The event will be held against the back drop of the glass tower of the Kings Library which is the the private collection of George III.

BOOK LAUNCH

Independent publishing house L.R. Price Publications held its latest book launch in Bloomsbury, London.

The event was hosted by presenter Amelia Mary. Special guest authors included: Angelique Manon, Jeremy Cameron; Michael Irwin and Matt McAvoy.

Among the books launched were the crime comedy Wider Than Walthamstow by Jeremy Cameron; the gritty prison biography My Life Began at Forty by Michael Irwin; the adult horror Granjy's Eyes by Matt McAvoy; and the erotic true life novel The Mirrored Box by Angelique Manon.

The event was introduced by the company's senior editor Matt Vidler and its managing editor Russell Spencer.

Russell Spencer explains why he started L.R. Price Publications.

"It was because of the quality of the literature out there and the lack of diversity in publishing.

We all know people with the most fantastic stories to tell and you always think to yourself that should be a book. But even when these people take the amazing step to write down their stories,  they are often stopped from getting them published by a very closed off industry who aren't willing to help outsiders.

That's why we set up LR Price Publications to help talented but unknown authors, from all walks of life and backgrounds, to get their stories told and their words published to the wider world.
